Gift cards are printed on high quality card and are DL in size (21cm wide by 9.9cm high) and are presented in a plain white envelope.

Gift vouchers are for goods only. They do not include delivery charges.

Refunds / returns are not accepted on gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers are for use in one single transaction / order. If, when using your voucher online, your basket total is more than your voucher value, then you will only be asked to pay the balance, plus delivery. If the items in your basket total less than your voucher value, then the excess is lost, and you will still be required to pay any delivery charges.

Vouchers must be utilised within three years (36 months) from purchase date - expiry date will be shown on the voucher.

Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash.
